Remember, however, that it must be undamaged, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. Below are the detailed conditions for returns and complaints.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, shall be due &#8211; on the basis of general principles arising from the provisions of the Act of 30.05.2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 827) &#8211; the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason, by submitting a relevant statement in writing, within 14 days and sending it to the address Cardboard Design Patryk Pajkert provided in these Regulations .<br \/>\nThe 14-day period is counted from the day on which the Goods were delivered.<br \/>\nIn the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered null and void.<br \/>\nReturned goods must be undamaged and should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring that the package is not damaged during transport. The customer is responsible for poor packing of the package causing damage to the product during transport.<br \/>\nThe return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days.<br \/>\nShipping costs incurred by the customer are not refundable.<br \/>\nThe purchased goods should be returned to the following address: Cardboard Design Patryk Pajkert ul Ptasia 35B, 62-090 Kiekrz<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints about Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cardboard Design as a seller is liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, for non-compliance with the Contract of Sale of Goods purchased by this consumer, to the extent specified in the Act on special conditions of consumer sales.<br \/>\nComplaints arising from the violation of the Customer&#8217;s rights guaranteed by law, or on the basis of these Regulations, should be directed to the address biuro@houseofcats.pl and the Seller undertakes to consider them within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform in this period Customer, when the complaint will be considered.<br \/>\nThe claimed goods should be sent at their own expense, and if the complaint is resolved in favor of the customer, the shipping costs will be refunded up to the amount of the shipping costs charged by the store www.houseofcats.pl<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Seller undertakes actions to ensure the fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.<br \/>\nThe customer is obliged to immediately notify Cardboard Design Patryk Pajkert of any irregularities or interruptions in the operation of the Online Store website.<br \/>\nIrregularities related to the functioning of the Store may be reported by the Customer in writing to the following address: Cardboard Design Patryk Pajkert, ul Ptasia 35B, 62-090 Kiekrz or by e-mail to the address biuro@houseofcats.pl<br \/>\nIn the complaint, the Customer should provide his name, mailing address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.<br \/>\nThe Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days, and if this was not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be considered.[:de][\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Your satisfaction is the most important for us!
