If you want, you can return the purchased goods to us within 14 days. Remember, however, that it must be undamaged, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. Below are the detailed conditions for returns and complaints.


The customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, shall be due – on the basis of general principles arising from the provisions of the Act of 30.05.2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014 No. 827) – the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason, by submitting a relevant statement in writing, within 14 days and sending it to the address Cardboard Design Patryk Pajkert provided in these Regulations .
The 14-day period is counted from the day on which the Goods were delivered.
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered null and void.
Returned goods must be undamaged and should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring that the package is not damaged during transport. The customer is responsible for poor packing of the package causing damage to the product during transport.
The return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days.
Shipping costs incurred by the customer are not refundable.

Complaints about Goods

Cardboard Design as a seller is liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, for non-compliance with the Contract of Sale of Goods purchased by this consumer, to the extent specified in the Act on special conditions of consumer sales.
Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer’s rights guaranteed by law, or on the basis of these Regulations, should be directed to the address and the Seller undertakes to consider them within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform in this period Customer, when the complaint will be considered.
The claimed goods should be sent at their own expense, and if the complaint is resolved in favor of the customer, the shipping costs will be refunded up to the amount of the shipping costs charged by the store

Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services

The Seller undertakes actions to ensure the fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.

In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name, mailing address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.
